I.C.A.N. Inc. is a comprehensive behavioral reform program designed to confront criminal mentality at its root. We recognize that repeated harmful behaviors often stem from deeply conditioned patterns — patterns that can be unlearned with the right support system, structure, and resources.
Our program provides individuals with a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment where they can openly discuss challenges, rebuild self-discipline, and learn healthier ways to think and act. Through counseling-based group sessions, mentorship, access to community resources, and re-entry support, I.C.A.N. Inc. guides participants toward stability, responsibility, and self-improvement.
We believe every individual has the potential for redemption — and with the right help, change is always possible.

It is treating criminal mentality as an addiction, therefore growing up in violence stricken neighborhoods with poverty, children become incorporated into the streets and adopt self destructive behavior as a coping mechanism as real as any other addiction and it requires treatment for a true change. I.C.A.N. Inc. is a 12 month inpatient program along with a twice a week narcotic anonymous meetings while in the program and after graduation so that they will always be able to have peer counseling as long as they need it at one of our satellite facilities located in participating cities and counties across the United States. During this time, I.C.A.N. Inc. will have security to protect them while they participate in the program. Dismantling harmful thinking instills a foundation for positive change and accountability. By breaking down damaging mindsets we create the space to reconstruct lives and minds anew. I.C.A.N. Inc. is not a quick fix , but an opportunity to initiate real life changing transitions.
