The Independent Criminal Anonymous Network, is a behavioral reform program focused on treating criminal mentality like an addiction- through accountability, structure, and personal transformation. Our goal is to intercept youth and adults who have been conditioned by poverty, crime, trauma or incarceration-and recondition them through structured environments that include therapy, education, trade certification, and moral accountability. I.C.A.N. Inc. serves all individuals who suffer from mental issues such as criminal mentality , providing an intervention model focused on recovery, redirection, and long-term reentry success.
